Halloween Baby Bash

Today Jack attended his first official Halloween bash. Costume and all, Jack and I arrived at Amanda and 15 month old Cole's house for the fun. Jack was one of the youngest guests in attendance. However, that did not stop him from enjoying himself. He was memorized by the mobility of the toddlers and their flashy costumes. We saw Allison and Dorothy aka Ansley, a bumble bee, two lions, a "T" Bird greaser, Elvis, a pumpkin, and a 5o's girl. The party started with some spooky snacks...monster cheese bread, creepy black nachos, orange cupcakes, and juice boxes. Unfortunately for Jack, all he got was a bottle. But, Mommy tried the gruesome goodies...yum! (Maybe next year Jack) That was followed by an attempt to capture a picture of all of the costumed babes. All the Mommies lined their little ones on the couch...that lasted, oh let's say...15 seconds. Babies fell over, stood up, layed on one another, cried, ripped their costume off, etc. I never could quite get a picture of all of the babies. Jack did actually sit still, only because he had no choice. One...he isn't mobile yet and two...a lion was laying against him, slightly weighing him down. Again, that didn't stop Jack from enjoying himself. He sat very content and soaked in all of the happenings. (He was probably planning his moves for next year!) The picture session was followed by play and lots of it. The guests traveled up to Cole's playroom for what they really came for...toys! Jack was in awe again...toys from wall to wall...if only he could craw!. However he plopped down in the middle of plastic balls, flashing lights, twisting tubes, and a talking Elmo. He was in heaven. He smiled, oohed, and giggled. I think he would have been willing to move in if Cole wouldn't have minded an instant little brother. But, Mommy knows best and it was nap time. So, my little sailor and I said our goodbyes and headed home for our afternoon nap. When I got home, I went straight to our "basement workman" and strongly suggested that Jack's playroom and the adjacent rooms be finished by the end of the week... especially now that Jack and I know what we have been missing out on!

Daddy Duty

This weekend is "Daddy Duty". Mommy is getting in the car Friday morning and heading to the beach to hang out with girls...no babies, no daddies, no dogs...just girls! Oh, my goodness, what am I going to do with myself? The first thing on my list is...sleep in! Yes, I am going to wake up when I want to, not when I need to. Now, every Saturday morning Clay let's me sleep in and he wakes up with Jack. The only problem is I really don't get to sleep in, it's more like "lay in". Don't get me wrong, I cherish my Saturdays and I appreciate Clay's gesture. But, it's not really sleeping. I lay in bed and Clay and Jack come in the bedroom, they ask questions, they get clothes, they brush teeth, they play on the floor, etc. So although I don't have to physically get out of bed it's not technically sleeping in. That's why my priority this weekend is to sleep past 7am. The next thing I am going to do is eat out...eat out without a highchair, without a diaper bag, and without scarfing down my meal in time to entertain Jack. I might actually get to taste my food and breathe in between bites...yum! The third thing I am going to do is spend my days talking to adults...not a baby and not a dog. My days are filled with one sided conversations. The upside to that are both Jack and Cosby agree with everything I say...makes life pretty simple. The downside is often the conversation goes no where. So this weekend, I am going to talk and relish in the sound of the voices that respond to me. And the last thing on my weekend to do list is to do nothing....no diapers, no laundry, no errands, no cooking...just plain ol' nothing! What will I do with myself? I can't even remember what it is like to be lazy or was I ever even lazy? Who knows, but I am going to be this weekend. Now, Daddy on the other hand has a completely different kind of weekend ahead of him. There will be no time for laziness, i.e football games, channel surfing, couch lounging..you get my drift. His job will be 24/7! He graciously volunteered to stay at home for a boys weekend while Mommy was away at her girls weekend. I know he will do a fabulous job. He loves Jack and Jack loves him. Unfortunately, when Clay volunteered Jack was feeling great. Things have changed, as of today's doctor's visit, Jack has a 2nd ear infection and bronchitis. So not only does Daddy have to remember feedings, naps, and diaper changes, but also when to give meds and breathing treatments. I have full faith that he and Jack will survive the weekend and maybe even do a little bonding in the mean time...I just hope our house can survive a boys weekend!

Meet Carly

This is Carly. She is Jack's new nanny. Now, before you start questioning why a "stay at home Mom" would need a nanny...please, let me explain. There are days when this Mom needs simple things, like...dog food at Petsmart, an onion for dinner at Publix, a prescription filled at CVS, and a quick oil change. Now add Jack to the picture and these simple errands become very complicated. I have to get him in and out of the car seat and then decide how he should travel...a buggy, the stroller, the Baby Bjorn? Afterwards pack up his mode of transportation and load it into the car. Oh, and don't forget the nap. As soon as I accomplish 2 things on my list to do, guess who starts rubbing his eyes and yawning. So, we head back home, take our afternoon nap, and upon awakening venture out into rush hour traffic to complete our list of what was suppose to be "simple chores". Then there are days when this Mom needs more complicated things, like...a haircut, a teeth cleaning, and an occasional Doctors appointment. That's when things get really tricky. I try to schedule in between Jack's naps, but somehow EVERYONE is on a 2 hour lunch break at that time. So, I try to be flexible with Jack's schedule and tell him that he is going to skip a nap or rest in the car...ha! He really gets me back then. His eye rubbing and yawning turns into a moan, then a whine, and then an overtired angry scream. So appointments with Jack just aren't possible. Now every once in a while, Clay is available to adjust his work schedule to cater to my "errand needs". However it is never guaranteed! Therefore I'm basically out of options...no family anywhere nearby, no volunteering neighbor, and no last minute babysitter to call. The only solution was a nanny...a part time nanny. Actually, a "just one day a week" nanny. Have you ever looked for one of those?....not easy! I started by asking around. Word of mouth is a great way to find services. The first problem in the suburbs is...if someone has a nanny, they don't want to give them up or even share them. The second problem is...there are a lot of Mom's already on the nanny hunt themselves. (I never realized what a hot commodity I was in college, had I known I would have raised my wage!) After 3 weeks of searching, I got a lead. It was website that local nanny's post their services on, kind of like an online classifieds. I was little skeptical at first, but a lot of Moms I talked to had used this resource. Each nanny has a background check, references, and a profile....jackpot! After 3 more weeks of emails, phone conversations, and reference checks, I found the perfect match for our family. Carly is 26, full of energy, and her references were GLOWING. Plus, she was willing to work only one day a week. Her college major was music and her singing voice can calm Jack in even the fussiest of moods. She has been with us for 2 Wednesdays now and I am loving it. She comes right in the middle of the week so I can finish errands from the past weekend or run errands for the upcoming weekend. It is just what I needed to get a little "stay at home mom" break and it is just what Jack needed to get a little "stay at home mom" break!

Must Love Florida State

Grammy and Grandpa came to visit this weekend. Florida State also had a football game this weekend. The Cibula's are definitely Florida State fans...Grammy graduated from Florida State, as did Clay and his brother, Matt. So, whether Jack and I liked it or not, we were going to be watching the FSU game. This was Jack's first real game day with the family, the first of many to come, I'm sure. He woke up from his afternoon nap just in time for kick off...(Clay thought he did that on purpose). He dressed in his Florida State gear, compliments of Grammy and Grandpa. Then he filled his tummy, in true Cibula fashion, and settled in on the couch for the big game. Jack got to witness first hand what it means to be a true fan. Grandpa tried to teach Jack the FSU chant. There was name calling, occasionally the player's actual name, but mostly not. And we didn't leave the house, much less the living room, for at least 3 hours. Jack was a trooper though. He loved to hear the excitement in Daddy's voice and he starred intently when Daddy's voice turned to disappointment. He even looked slightly puzzled at times. Jack lounged in Grandpa's arms for over an hour before switching to someone else's arms for another view of the game. That is a "staying in the same place" record for Jack! (I must note: Grandpa's hair normally does not look like this, it's what 4 hours of football and occasional catnaps will do to you). However, Jack didn't mind. He just sat very content and soaked in the drama of the game and it's fans. Daddy explained to Jack that one day he will be playing sports, such as football. And Grammy and I jokingly asked, "what if he wants to dance, sing or even paint"?. You know, he might actually have other talents or interests. And without hesitation, Daddy's answer was a firm and confident, "no". So, for Jack's sake, I hope he likes sports. I really hope he likes football. And he MUST love Florida State.

Picture Perfect In The Park

Jack and I met some friends at the East Cobb Park for some early evening music and fun. A one man band played songs we all knew, toddlers and kids ran around the open field, and families and friends enjoyed one anothers company. Jack and I set up camp with Erica and Miller, Heather and Meg, and new friends from music class, Christina and Sophia. Jack loves being outdoors...couple that with music and lots of faces to look at and he was a happy boy! We have lots of pictures to prove it. I wish I could claim these fabulous photos of Jack and friends as my photography work, but unfortunately I can't! The camera was mine--just not the shots. Who knew my camera could take such fabulous pics? The face behind the camera was actually Heather, Meg's mommy. She has even started her own photography business and is very busy. If you need a great photographer...let me know! She has really cute Christmas cards too. Since she did such a great job capturing the fun of the evening, I figured I would let the pictures do the talking for this blog post. As the saying goes...A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words!

GG's Visit

GG came to visit on her way to Florida this week. GG is actually Grandma, my Grandma. However, she is Jack's Great Grandma. Since my Mom INSISTED on being called Grandma, we had to come up with a name for Jack to call his Great Grandma...so GG it is. Extremely confusing, huh? Oh well, Jack will figure it out eventually. GG stayed with us for 2 nights...which meant 2 wonderfully prepared home cooked meals. My Grandma is by far the best cook...EVER! Jack was very disappointed that he couldn't enjoy her cooking as well. To make up for it, GG fed him sweet potatoes for the first time. Jack liked them so much, he sat with his mouth wide open for several seconds after meal time was over. Just wait until he gets to try some of her real cooking, he will really have his mouth wide open then! In between meals we went to music class, shopped at the new Target, and went for a neighborhood walk. Jack was thrilled to show his GG off at music. This week he had two ladies to dance with and he got to show GG how he can play/eat the bells. No one could believe that Jack's Great Grandma was such a good dancer! He really made out on the trip to Target too...he did some early Christmas shopping by picking out presents for GG to buy him. I hope he can wait until December 25th! Before GG left Jack surprised us both with tooth number two. A big smile and giggle allowed us to see his new addition. (No wonder he has been so fussy...a cold, an ear infection, and teething...goodness!) I think he might be working on those teeth so he can try some of GG's cooking next time she visits!

Half Birthday

Today Jack is 6 months old. I can't believe he is already half of a year old. Wow, it is true...they do grow up so fast! Today wasn't exactly what I would have imagined his 6 month old birthday to be like. But, we tried to make it special despite his ear infection and the fussy mood he has been in. We celebrated early in the morning with a song, rice cereal, and a candle. I spent a lot of time holding Jack and telling him what his Daddy and I were doing 6 months ago on this day. I told him how I knew when he was coming, about arriving at the hospital, how surprisingly big he was, and a little about my surgery. I told him a lot about the first time I saw him and held him and then I asked him to please stop growing. I can't believe I said that after going through those first couple months. They seemed like an eternity back then and now it seems like I blinked my eyes and it was over. Then I thought about how much he has changed in 6 months. He can smile, squeal, babble, hold things, sit up, roll over, and even hug me. Oh, Jack's hugs....(sigh), those are the best. He wraps both arms around my neck and buries his face into mine...slobber and all..they are wonderful! How was I to know 6 months ago today, when I was holding him in the hospital, that things could get even better? I thought I loved Jack then....6 months proved me wrong...I REALLY love him now! I can't imagine how I will feel on his one year birthday. In honor of 6 fabulous months, here are 6 things I love about my "Half Birthday" Baby:

1. the way he smells after a bath
2. his one tooth smile
3. his squeal when Cosby walks into the room
4. how his eyes get big and his arms flail when I hit play on the CD player as he anticipates the start of the music
5. his belly laugh when I tickle him in just the right spot
6. his slobbery two handed hugs

Sick or Something Like It...SOLVED!

The mystery of Jack's fussy behavior has been solved. The culprit...an ear infection! It was confirmed today at East Cobb Pediatrics at 3:30 pm. Jack's unusually fussy behavior started on Tuesday of this week and has increased as the days have passed. Looking ahead to the possibility of a very long weekend, and knowing the Pediatrician's office would be closed, I decided to call and explain Jack's behavior. They suggested we come in and that is when we received the news. We were told the possible symptoms of an ear infection are as follows:

runny nose/head congestion...check, we had that

fever...no

tugging of the ear...only when sleeping in his crib at night and I only know that because I starred at the video monitor trying to solve the mystery for 3 nights in a row

crying when laying down...he cried all the time

difficulty taking a bottle...yeah, right!

So, were the signs all there? Kind of, kind of not! So, here I am again wondering if I played the "Mommy guessing game" and won it or if it beat me. I had my suspicions of an ear infection, but I wasn't quite sure. I was so unsure that when we arrived at the doctor's office I almost turned around and left. As soon as Jack saw all of those cute nurses oohing and awing over him he got an instant smile on his face which eventually turned into a flirty giggle. I told the receptionist, "he must be fine, we can wait until his 6 month well visit next week". She encouraged me to stay and said the doctor can see you in just a minute. And, like she said, in just a minute Jack was called back and the doctor was there in a matter of seconds. Again, Jack smiled and batted his big blue eyes making me look like a fool. She checked his chest and breathing...all fine. She checked his right ear...all fine. And just when I thought she was going to write "Paranoid Mom" on Jack's medical chart, she checked the left ear (the ear I saw him tugging on in the video monitor). His handsome grin turned into an immediate frown and his skin turned beet red. A lot of crying followed along with the diagnosis. I was reassured by the doctor that Jack would be feeling much better in 2-3 days with an antibiotic, Tylenol, saline nose spray and some TLC. We left the doctor's office and had the prescription filled immediately... at Publix... for free! Jack fell asleep on the ride home and woke up in his recent fussy mood. I did get one semi-happy face out of him when I gave him his medicine in a syringe. For a moment he thought he was getting a second dinner and, you know, food is always the way to Jack's heart!

Sleepy Shopper

It's that time of week again...the day of the week when Jack and I meet Donna, baby Patterson, and pregnant Karen for lunch and whatever else we find to get into. Today the "whatever else" was a little outdoor shopping in the Vinings. It started with an outside table and a yummy Italian lunch. I pulled Jack's stroller right up to the table and he sat straight up waiting for his taste. Nothing on the menu for a baby, go figure, so luckily Mommy was prepared. I brought Jack a piece of watermelon...yes, Jack can eat watermelon. However, there is a trick to it. I found, which you may already know about, the best baby invention EVER! It looks like a lollipop with a mesh dome at the top. The food is placed in the mesh dome so baby can suck on it without getting a huge bite and choking. Is that fabulous or what? It was actually invented by a Dad who wanted his baby to try new foods, but was fearful of choking risks. Jack is in heaven when he gets his dime size piece of watermelon. And, even better, I can eat my whole lunch while he works on it...love it! After a lunch of pizza, salad, and watermelon we strolled and browsed through the adorable shops. Of course, we spent the majority of our time in a baby store...as if these spoiled babies need anything else! But, it is so fun to look. I have found that I would rather buy for Jack anyday over myself..now, that is true love. Before we knew it, Jack was tired and maybe the pregnant lady was too because they both took a break in one of the store's glider rockers. For a moment they looked like they could be related with those beautiful big blue eyes. Karen got a small taste of what shopping with a baby is like and I got some hands free shoppping time. Soon she will be doing it herself...5 weeks to go! Upon leaving the store, Jack fell sound asleep in my arms. What a trooper...he made it through lunch and a little shopping. Jack isn't quite old enough to realize that he doesn't like shopping, so I'm going to enjoy his company while I can!

Sick or Something Like It

Everyday can't be perfect or there wouldn't be such thing as a perfect day. Today was one of those days..not so perfect. I couldn't pin point what was wrong with Jack. He just wasn't happy. He woke up earlier than usual, he had a runny nose, he was sneezing, he was rubbing his eyes, he was drooling but, luckily, no fever. So I narrowed it down to... he was overtired or he is teething or he is getting a cold or he has allergies or all of the above or WHO KNOWS...it could be anything! It was one of those guessing games you play as a mother. There is just no way to know exactly what the source of discomfort is. Or maybe there is no discomfort, maybe he just didn't feel like being happy today. There I go again, playing the guessing game. Now, don't get me wrong , the whole day wasn't terrible. Jack had his moments where he mustered a smile and a giggle. Like his afternoon feeding, just not his morning feeding. And the first 25 minutes of swim class, just not the last 20. And his nightly bath, just not getting dressed afterwards. It's days like this that really make you appreciate the good/easier ones. When I didn't know what to do anymore, I got some really good advice from a friend this afternoon. She said that when her baby has one of "those days" she calls her Mom. And in a calm, sort of Motherly way, her Mom says, "you just have to hold him and love him a lot today". How simple and obvious does that sound? So, I took her advice and I spent the rest of the day loving and holding Jack. When it got harder than it may sound, Clay took over for a while. It wasn't a magic cure, but it felt really nice. I think Jack appreciated it too. Tonight after his bath and bottle, Jack fell asleep in my arms before I could even get him to his crib (he never does that). So, I couldn't help but hold him in my arms for a little longer and love him for a little longer before putting him down. I hope tomorrow is better, but, if not, I've got some very good advice to get me through...Moms know everything.

Little Pumpkin

This weekend we made our first visit to the Pumpkin Patch as a family. Clay said it was a little premature and I explained to him that pumpkins didn't just mean Halloween, they were a sign of fall. Then he mentioned how it cracks him up that I "have to do everything so early" and I thought, well, "it doesn't crack me up how you have do everything so late". As the saying goes...opposites attract! It had been rainy and cloudy earlier in the day and Jack and I were hoping the rain would hold off for our visit. Luckily it did and, actually, the sun peeked out for a bit. It didn't feel much like a fall day, rather very muggy and warm. Not the kind of weather you would imagine for a Pumpkin Patch day, regardless it was a wonderful visit. When we arrived Jack immediately got a glazed look in his eyes. Clay and I both wondered if he was getting a cold or maybe just really sleepy. Then we realized it was the sea of orange pumpkins that stood before him. He had never seen anything like it...he stared and stared and stared. As if to say, "where am I and why is everything orange?". Sometimes it's easy for us to forget that almost everything is a first for Jack. It's fun to think about what is going through his little mind at a time like that. To peek his curiosity a little more, we sat him down right in the middle of hundreds of pumpkins. Again the glazed look in his eyes and the staring continued. He sat there for almost 5 minutes before he was brave enough to touch his first pumpkin. But, once he took that first feel, it was hands on for the rest of the visit. He wanted so bad to reach out, pick up a pumpkin and put it his mouth. Obviously, the weight of the pumpkins prevented that from happening. While Jack explored, Mommy took lots of pictures and Daddy chose our two prize pumpkins, which now adorn our front porch. On our way out, Jack and I spotted a wagon of "Jack sized" pumpkins. A little smaller than those in the patch, but unfortunately still too heavy to pick up. We let Jack explore the pumpkins in the wagon for a while before we loaded the car and went home. There must have been hundreds of pumpkins there in that patch, however, Clay and I did agree on one thing...Jack was the best looking little pumpkin there.

Perfect

Yesterday was perfect! The kind of perfect of how you imagined life was going to be with a baby when you were still pregnant, before reality hit. You know...no crying, no spills, perfect naps, just smiles all day long. The funny thing is I thought that it was going to be a very "imperfect" day. Clay had to travel for work and wouldn't be home until late at night, no one to cook dinner for, no baby breaks. I thought, "this is going to be a long day". I knew I could handle it...I've done it plenty of times before. I just would have never guessed it would have been, well, "perfect"! It all started when Jack woke up. Instead of giving me that stressful "I'm hungry look", he greeted me with the kind of look that said, "good morning mommy, I'm so happy to see you". He normally waits to give me that look until after he is fed and full. We then continued the happy morning with dancing, diaper changes, books, and our morning walk. We walk the same path every morning. But, yesterday Jack sat straight up in his stroller, hands on the tray, and watched everything around him in complete awe. He smiled and talked to me all about the things he was seeing. It was as if he was noticing our neighborhood for the first time. The day continued with long restful naps, full tummies, and lots of playing. Every afternoon is floor play with Jack. We lay down a blanket, to protect the carpet from his infamous spit up, and I pull a variety of toys out for him to play with. Every time I placed a new toy on Jack's blanket, he laughed, squealed and reached for it. We must of sat on the carpet for over an hour yesterday having a wonderful time. He played with each toy like it was brand new and he had never seen it before. When I thought the day couldn't get any better...we took our nightly bath. I have always placed Jack in his baby tub so that he could lean back. Even though he is sitting up on his own, I figured the bath tub was not the place to perfect his new skill. Well, yesterday, Jack felt differently. Once I placed him in his tub, he continuously leaned forward, as if he was trying to sit up. So, I took him out, turned him around, and put him on the toddler side of his baby tub. I knew he liked it when he gave me a huge smile and reached forward for his wash cloth that was floating in the water. Of course, it went straight to his mouth. But, the exciting part was, I realized he was ready for bath toys. I've put toys in the tub before and they just floated around and got in the way of Jack's nooks and crannies that need to be cleaned. He never played with them or even acknowledged them for that matter. But, since yesterday was "perfect", as soon as I put his dinosaur toys in the tub Jack played with them. He belly laughed when I squirted him, reached for them when they floated by, and taste tested each one. We played for so long that when it was time to get out, Jack was wrinkled from head to toe...one water logged baby! As I gave him his bedtime bottle, I stared at him...like I always do and thanked God for him...like I always do. But, I also thought about everything that happened in our "perfect" day and at that moment I fell in love with him all over again. You know, the kind of "perfect" love you feel when they put that newborn in your arms for the very first time.

H2Oh Baby!

Oh! What fun! Today Jack and I started a 6 week mommy and baby swim aerobics class. We will be going every Tuesday afternoon through the month of November. Thank goodness it's an indoor heated pool. Jack had to wear two different types of swim diapers and a bathing suit...rules of the pool...I suppose for a good reason! He also had to sit in a locker in the ladies bathroom while Mommy prepared his swim attire. It's not easy getting that many layers of clothes together and having a baby in your arms. Jack got the opportunity to practice patience and he did very well. Or, maybe he just thought it was fun to sit in a locker, who knows? Jack and I are very lucky to have some friends joining us for swim class...Jack's old Gymboree buddy, Miller and his Mommy. And Meg, an older lady in Jack's life, and her Mommy. Each baby reacted to pool time in their own unique way. Miller squealed with delight as it echoed through the building. Meg used baby sign language to tell us "all done" before class was actaully done. And Jack, well, he just soaked in the sounds and sights of all the baby swimmers with an intense stare and occasional smile. Like I've said before, sometimes I wonder if he even remembers who he came with! Regardless, it sure was nice to get some much needed exercise. There was a lot of upper body toning with baby in hand. Jack was in and out of the water as he was used as my dumbbell. He was smiling and giggling with each splash back into the pool. Next, we did lower body work, which is what I REALLY signed up for. During this portion, the babies were floating nearby in yellow rafts...what a life! I even got to use "floating Jack" as a kick board to maneuver from one end of the pool to the other. He loved watching Mommy work. As soon as we got home, Jack was ready for a late afternoon nap. He slept so long and hard that Daddy had to finally go and wake him up. Funny, he wasn't even the one working out...what's wrong with this picture? Looking back, it sure did feel different exercising in the water...Jack was almost weightless and I didn't even break a sweat. I'm sure the truth will be revealed tomorrow when I wake up with sore muscles. (Speaking of muscles, check out Jack's 5 month album to see more pictures of him in his swim trunks!)

Making Music

Mondays are music days. Every Monday at 11:30 am Jack and I go to his music class. The time is perfect, right after his morning nap and lunch time feeding. He is always well rested with a full tummy which means he is alert, happy and spitting up everywhere! In music class we sing, dance and play instruments. The songs are fun...we practice the CD at home. The dancing is like an aerobic workout for me. And the instruments end up in Jack's mouth as opposed to making sounds. However, Jack has a great time. He squeals, smiles, and stares at the other music makers. The class has babies and kids that range in age from 4 months to 3 years old. Jack is obviously one of the youngest, but that doesn't deter him from participating. His favorite song is a Swahili tune called Sha-na-na-na. The song requires a lot of getting up and down...I think that is why he likes it so much...anything that makes Mommy work. Or it could be that Daddy sings it to him during diaper changes, bath time, and play time. After a wonderful time of music making, Jack and I made a quick stop at the grocery store. Still full of energy from music class, Jack smiled at everyone who made a trip to our buggy to greet him. I find with Jack that the simplest chores bring joy to my day... I love to see him meet strangers! All of that singing, dancing, and smiling can wear a baby boy out. So, Jack headed straight for his crib when we got home. And for those of you keeping up with our napping drama, I can say with confidence...GOODBYE INTRUDER! Naps are on schedule and Jack is happy and well rested again!
